Reservations Policy:

• Please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes in advance of treatments.

• Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest.

• As a courtesy, we attempt to confirm all appointments through either email, text or phone call.

• You are invited to call us as well, prior to your appointment to confirm exact times, services, and ask any questions you may have.

• A booking deposit may be required to reserve appointments.

• Deposits are applied toward the cost of your treatment and are subject to our No Show/Cancellation Policy.

No Show/Cancellation Policy:

• Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving sufficient notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

• A booking deposit of $50 is required for all new clients and may be required for returning clients at our discretion.

• Deposits are applied toward the cost of your treatment at the time of your appointment.

• 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or appointment changes.

• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice and for missed appointments (no-shows).

• As a courtesy, we will contact and confirm your service appointments prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and forfeiture of your deposit.

• Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments.

• If for any reason Curves & Contours needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we will provide as much advance notice as possible.

Monetary Policy:

• Curves & Contours accepts Visa, MasterCard, Curves & Contours gift cards, bank debit/debit Visa cards, cash, EMT, and booking deposits paid through approved payment methods.

• EMT transfers must be made at the start of the appointment to ensure payment is received before the end of the session.

• Curves & Contours gift cards are not redeemable if reported as lost or stolen.

• Donation certificates are non-transferable.
