Reservations Policy:

• Please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes in advance of treatments.

• Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest.

• As a courtesy, we attempt to confirm all appointments through either email, text or phone call. You are invited to call us as well, prior to your appointment to confirm exact times, services, and ask any questions you may have.

Tardiness Policy:

• We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten (at full price of regular session) or reschedule your service. If rescheduling due to lateness more than twice per client, the client will forfeit one session from prepaid package, or incur an additional $25 charge at next session, which will be paid before session begins.

No Show/Cancellation Policy:

• Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a No Show Fee/Late Cancellation fee of $25 will be due at start of the next appointment, or the client will forfeit one session from prepaid packages (client can choose which they would prefer).

• As a courtesy, we will contact and confirm your service appointments a business day prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the no show fee/forfeit.

• 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations.

• If for any reason Curves & Contours needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we will provide as much advance notice as possible.

Prices Policy:

• We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and treatment menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.

Monetary Policy:

• Curves & Contours accepts Visa, Master Card, Curves & Contours gift cards, bank debit/debit visa cards, cash and EMT (EMT requires transfer to be made at start of appointment to ensure it is received before end of appointment)

• Curves & Contours gift cards are not redeemable if reported as lost or stolen. Donation certificates are non-transferable.

Refund Policy:

• All post-treatment payments, and partially used prepaid packages are non refundable.

• Online purchases can be refunded within 30 days of purchase if unused.

Special Conditions Policy:

• Please notify us before reserving your treatments if you have cancer, serious heart or liver conditions, special physical concerns, epilepsy, are pregnant, or are currently experiencing any other serious illness/condition.

• All spa guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, designed with your well being in mind.

Age Requirement Policy:

• Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments at Curves & Contours.

Confidentiality and Privacy Policy:

• We do believe that every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with us will remain confidential, as will your health history forms.

• Client lists and email lists are confidential. We do not share our client lists with outside companies.

Other Tips For Your Visit:

• Please respect the right to a quiet atmosphere for all guests. We ask that you refrain from talking loudly, or taking cell phone calls.

• Wear or bring comfortable, loose fitting clothing, and a closed lid beverage. We have unlimited Wifi so please feel free to bring an entertainment item (cell phone, iPad, etc.), or a book if you desire.

• Remember to rest and drink water before and after your treatment sessions.

• Free, unlimited-time parking is available in our lot for clients with booked sessions.
